open a paypal account in the us ...;. you can get a vps with a dedicated ip in the us for about $10 a month and of course you can make an email address in the us im not sure you will ever be able to open a paypal in a country the paypal does not allow

I have a regular eBay account but my PP account is a stealth (my original one got shut down ages ago).
If I make a purchase on eBay using my stealth PP account, will PP see the name and address of my eBay account or do they just get the instruction to send payment? 'Cos I don't really want to be buying stuff on eBay and sending it to a fake name in case the post office refuse to release my mail to me....

I have a decent seller rating on eBay and a $13k seller limit over the years. My stuff doesn't really get on the first page. Lately I can't get enough views on items. Can you give me some tips on getting more views on my items (this might be a stupid question)

What country exactly are you from, let me know. You may be able to do it easily without need of a VPS

I got ban 2 weeks ago my paypal account but ebay account is still working without problems! 4 months I was selling goods for 3k eur of net profit but now I cant make it because my paypal permamently banned. Can I connect my anotther PP acc without problems or I will get ban in PP and ebay instantly? I sold HQ fake items... All my buyers was satisfied and I have 100% positives feedbacks without disputes!
Second question about my new stealh ebay and pp acc.. I listed 24h ago new lot on ebay but have no one views during this time and I cant find my lot through search... Whats wrong with this lot ? I choose correct directory, make good title and description,lot's cost the smallest in ebay... Another lots with same item are sold every day 10 times..

dburke9667 i wanted to talk to you about a vehicle of mine that im getting ready to sell that will bring anywhere from $6,500 to $7,000 on a stealth account that has been selling items for slightly over 4 months now , has over $750 sales, with 112 transactions the account has not had any opened cases against it. the account has been a perfect little angel and even had its selling limits raised to 10,000/1000 selling limits
now what i wanted to ask you was when my paypal thats attached to my ebay account gets the $6,500 to $7,000 transaction put through it how will my paypal account handle a transaction that big on an account that is not new or old?
the account currently does not have any of the 21 day holds.

you can add a new paypal but it wont last long regarding your new listing it sometimes takes more than 24 hours
