Need Help With E-mail Issue

I've been in the POD industry for about 5 years now and have a customer list of a little over 67k emails. Email marketing sites such as Aweber, Getresponse, etc. want an arm and a leg for a list of that size. I'm really looking to control my own e-mail marketing system or server to save some cash. Anyone have any ideas how I could send out to my list on the cheap? The cash flow is a bit low at the moment and it needs to built backup before I spend $500 a month hosting my list somewhere.

you can create multiple mailchimp account, as far as i remember the free plan allowed for 2000 emails a months, but to send 67000 emails you would need 33 mailchimp accounts OMG. there definitely must be better ways
