Need help with domain

Let me explain briefly, I have a domain from Namecheap and my domain was suspended. On that domain I have CPA Generators Mobile Game Stuff. At first I received a report on a game. I deleted that game and now they want me to delete everything to unsuspend it. What solutions would I have, because I don't want to lose traffic on that domain?

I've heard about namecheap detecting, removing domains as they wish. It may seem as a last resort, but can you ask namecheap if you can download your files real quick?

If it's nothing illegal, just CPA lockers and stuff, they might allow it
 
files are not hosted there,i have hosting from another provider,i have all the files,i can make backups,what options do i have?
 
Sometimes, you can transfer a suspended domain to another registrar but only if Namecheap hasn’t locked it entirely
 
take backup, delete everything, get the domain un suspended and move it to a more copyright crap resistant registrar. Or even better, pick a tld that is nearly bulletproof like .st
