Need Help with Database Crash

Hi everyone,

My site's database recently crashed. Specifically the WP-post table crashed and I am getting this message which says, "can't create new tempfile" Can anypne please help.
I have searched google for help I found this below article, but I dont know whether this will work. I approched people at fiverr even they couldn't fix the issue.

P.S: I did the worst thing possible, not creating a backup

How can we no what to fix we can not see or cross match a fixed version to a broke version.

You need to get the database original info to see what wrong.

All hosts make there own backups so ask the host might have a backup, there really done often might be lucky .
