Need help with creating and Instagram Account

Hey,

so I'm trying to make and Instagram account, but I'm getting errors on both my phone and my computer (with bluestacks). It's something with my IP and stuff that's making the errors, so now I would need someone's help to create the account.

I have a accountname and email that I would like to use for my account, so it's only the process of making it I need help with. I could pay you a couple bucks if you want
