Need help with Cpa on facebook $

Hey am very new with cpa and am familiar with facebook stuffs but not much

i saw some persons offer me cpa offers on my inbox who is not friend of mine

How to send such cpa offers to facebook users through messages , or any other way to reach them

i dont need $$$$ a day , just $10 to $20 a day will make me feel happy as am new to cpa ,

I can make pvas though to send msg , but facebook not allowing to send such offers and when i send them like 10 they get blocked , NEED HELP
