Need help with cpa offer that accepts email traffic

Hello BHW,

I just joined a cpa network, they have an email traffic offer but the problem is it doesn't convert and people says they have completed the offer successfully but I don't see any conversions just clicks.

What I do is just copy and paste the tracking link in the email that I send to them, is that right?

Please any help would be much appreciated.
