From what you explained in the OP, it seems that you're jumping from one thing to another all the time. You're not consistant!

Choose one thing, whether it is Facebook Ads or posting in groups, or comment spamming, or Instagram or Twitter or whatever it is... Choose one thing and learn everything you can about it, until you have success with it. Than move on to the next thing, and so on.

It takes time to make money online (or offline). It doesn't happen overnight!
