Need Help With Copycat Video Thief

You have to prove you uploaded the video first. You must submit the offending video and your own video in the complaint form. I believe they do check. I also did have a legitimate claim to the video.

It's automated to a degree, if they counter claim it, than a person reviews it.

Just on a side note, is it even allowed to ask for/offer hacking services on BHW? Cause that account could be taken down easily

Hacking services? No one is asking for or offering hacking services?

You do know this guy wasn't intentionally out to get you right? He was obviously just mass blasting videos. Many of us do that. I'm confused why other people who know so much about youtube haven't explained it to you.

Lucky for me people in my niches making the videos don't know what black hat is.

I realize that, I was just asking if it was allowed on BHW because hacking is like killing - it's the ultimate problem solution. Like Stalin said, "Man is source of all problems. No man, no problem". Too bad it's illegal

The problem I had with this guy was not mass blasting but him using my exact same titles, tags and description as well. Only thing different was his affiliate link. You have to at least be a little creative when you blast like that.

To be honest with you it could of been me... Nothing personal if it was I mass download and re upload all day. It's all a numbers game dont really need to have to many views per vid to make a bank.

I cant tell for sure if it's me as the links down and cant see the user name.

But in all honest I'm finding the ipad offers on MB converting really well, so am doing 90% ipad offers now...

Also on side note, probably 90% of us in YT do the same thing. If it not me, it probably another member on here.

Might not be very creative, all I do is change the affiliate link, Mass upload with the same #T# #K#
#D# tags with massuploader and add my affiliate link custom tag right before the description tag.

I do the same thing. It's part of the software options I use. The only thing I change is the description.

Once again, luckily the niche I'm in has no idea what I'm trying to do. lol
