Need Help with content locking

I am using cpabeyonds content locker, my website is on wordpress. I want the content locker to appear when someone clicks on the download button to download the file. Can anyone help me out please ?

P.S - Cpabeyonds affiliate managers suck ! they never reply or get back to me

mm, do you have some kind of settings for the locker itself? like putting manual locking selectors? if yes, just put in your download button html code like : id="lockitup" and then in your locker settings for manual locker selectors put #lockitup

There is a Css Selector Trigger.
It says that it will trigger if a user clicks a specific element on the locked page. I have to define the element with the css selector, for eg : #my-link-id or .my-link-class.

I have no idea what it all means .... help me if you are going to post some kind of script to help me use this link as example"yahoo.com/example.rar" , so it will be easier for me to edit it

ok, in that CSS Selector trigger put: #mydownloadbutton

then in your page html code, find your download button and in its A tag put like id="mydownloadbutton"

just one more thing if you have little bit more time to help ... when i bring my mouse cursor on the download button i can see the download link without even clicking at the botton left of my browser and so can everyone else.. is there a way to hide it from showing the link.

ok, great that it worked!

Well, look in the locker settings if there's an option like "redirect to URL upon unlocking" or something like that, so the visitor gets redirected to the specified url after he completes an offer. If there's such option, put your URL in there and remove it from your site..

also, you might want to consider looking at my Mighty Content Locker software for more advanced content locking solution, hosted on your server and using offers from as many networks as you wish..
