Hello guys, i need help with coinbase.

Coinbase support told me that BTC address changes each time i receive a BTC payment from someone. However, i my address hasn't changed yet, even though i have received 2 BTC payments today.

Now i'm wondering what should i do. Should i give my BTC address to other clients of mine to send me BTC or that's not safe?

Because i'm afraid that when my client will send BTC, if an address will change very fast - i won't receive the money.

Or even worse, when a client will be sending the money, the address will be changed already so he will send BTC to non existing crypto address and i'll lose the funds.

I'm not very experienced with crypto, that's why need your help guys, thanks!

I use Coinbase and the adress not change. Maybe the support guy was wrong

there's a malware, that changes your address everytime you copypaste it , as far i know , if you got compromised somehow.

Double check your address, and also ask your customers to do the same before sending anything.

Even if the address changes for real on Coinbase, your old addresses are still tied to your account and the deposits will go through. What you need to check is if you don't have some clipboard malware on your device that changes the address anytime it detect you copied something starting with 0x or bc. I'd advise you not to do any transactions until you double check things, and put your customer on hold.
