Need help with cloacking traffic involving twitter

Hello i have a problem that i can not seem to find an answer to.
Is it possible to somehow show the referral site for a visitor click to look like it came from twitter?
Ex: non twitter site -> click link -> shows as the link came from twitter

Or is it somehow possible to create a link that would direct to a site through twitter?

random site ->click ->twitter ->destination?

It doesn't work. It still doesnt show the referrer as twitter

I agree with xenix9, the best way it to share your link on twitter then t.co link and use it.
