Need help with bulk SMS

Over the past so many years the company I work for has gathered over a million mobile phone numbers and I need to bulk SMS to these customers in the cheapest possible way. Some of the agents that produce work for us don't give us the customers emails but they give their numbers, this would be a perfect way to "steal" customers.

I have just download a program called Lan tech soft bulk sms but it doesn't seem to find my iphone. i am also looking at another one called daanav. I was just wondering do these programs actually work?

I don't know about your country, but in canada if you are sending too many SMS they will just stop getting delivered. They busted a fraud ring that was perpetrating some kind of SMS scam and they were found with thousands of sim cards and 3g modems.

There are many solutions, but what imp is that these subscribers are opted in or not, also the bulk SMS is for brand campaigns, or business clients or company employees.
