Need help with blam ads

I have been using blam ads for a while and EPC has been shit. my AM always is giving me offers to priortize but still shit. its not my traffic or lack of. I just need help with offers. Someone here said he helps people with blam ads offers and has 30 cents EPC but he wont respond to my PMs and he has 30 EPC 15% conversions rate-PM me in his fucking sig so idk. my AU traffic is teh only thing that converts well and paysout well. I got 30 USA clicks today and 1 50 cent conversion. As Ja Rule once said "Is that what this is about? 2 punk ass motherfuckin quarters?!?
