Need help with backlink indexing.....please

I am having such a hard time getting links indexed quickly. I need them indexed quickly because of the type of the work I do, I tried backlinksindexer,lindexed, scrapebox comments spam. social bookmarking but they don't give the results I need. Can anyone please shed some light?

How is this achieved and what's actually being done to the links? I see no information at all.

seo stuff: just find a hight PR site with chat box on this. Them spam you links there... Depends on the site it could be re-indexed in 1-2 days.
