Need Help With Arbitrage

I'm trying to build an arbitrage page that works in conjunction with MIVA ads. it has to be able to load their script to generate results based on keyword tolken. I'm very new to the world of arbitrage, so I'm not very familiar with the ends and outs of it, but have a general idea of how it works. I can provide the scripts given by MIVA, but need someone very familiar with XML and PHP to help design the page. Pay for this project is $100. $25 down upon acceptance and $75 when the project is demonstrated working on your server. Obviously, once we get it working, I will pay and you send me the raw code so I can get it running on my server. In the event that a database or other more advanced engineering is needed, I may need help getting it up and running.

I will provide more details about traffic source, etc. once project is accepted. No amateurs please! I need someone who knows their stuff and can complete this project FAST. Also, someone who will make sure it's working before they expect to be paid. Comment or PM me if interested.

Best of luck... usually all arbitrage is too much work vs amount of money earned... but your idea seems great!
