Need Help with Anchor Percentages

Hello im confused this is the ratio I'm going by
hard keyword 10% naked urls 20% and generics 20%
so say if i wanted to do 3 to 5 keywords how many of generics and urls would i need?
Sorry i know noob question just confused with these percentages and good use?

exact - 15-20% (all 3-5 keywords - 4-5% per a keyword)
LSI (mix with LSI for all 3-5 keywords - 40%
Brand - 15%
Generic- 10%
Naked - 15%

Don't focus on percentages, just focus on quality of links.

I don't use all that many generics and never get penalized for anchor text ratios. I like to get naked URL (including variations) at at least 25% and fill the rest up with a few generics (maybe 5%) and various keywords for the remaining 70%. I don't like having a single keyword above 25%, though.
