Need help with an OUTSOURCE!

So I've gained a outsource who does great Web-Design, and Graphics.
He agreed to around half of a clients payment and the other half to me for finding the client,
so if I find someone who wants to pay 50$ for a logo, we split 25.

How can I utilize the talents of this outsource, and where?

Offline?
Find freelance work on craigslist?
Where else?

You could create some kind of offer for him and post it in this forum, or other IM forums. For example, you could create a 5 banner ad package, or a package for a CD cover + eBook cover package for information marketers and so on. You could post things on eLance. You could even go all the way and build a whole marketing funnel for him through paid or free traffic.

This business model can get really tricky, especially if the two of you aren't geographically located close to one another. You'll have clients who want things delivered quickly and you won't know if you can say yes or no. You'll have no recourse if your outsourcer is late. Etc. If you really want to build a business around reselling graphic design services, you should probably have a team of outsourcers instead of just one.
