Need help with an email program

We are a company that purchases items on craigslists across the country. Until recently, we sent template emails to sellers with an offer price and a request to ship if we paid beforehand. In the past couple weeks, craigslist has been blocking every single one of our emails, assuming it is spam (it's not we are a legit company). We are looking for a programmer who can help us get around this problem and enable us to email again.
