need help with affiliate

hey guys,
i am starting a pay per click, pay per view and pay per download website. I was wondering which networks are good for each of the methods. my goal is to make at least 10$ per day, anything higher from that would be just amazing.
can you tell me how much is average pay for only one click/view/download, i don't even roughly have idea how much it is.

in the meantime i will be reading making money forum from top to bottom. i see a lot of quality posts that could help.

On average I'm seeing $50 per 1,000 downloads.
I've dealed with guys making multiple thousands per day.

All it is, is finding something that works and then figuring out how to scale it.

i used to have web crocop.tk, had around 10000+ visits monthly and earned over 400$ every month over just one google ad. but that was a long time ago and now i would like to repeat that with some other sites and social media...
i think ill apply for some free networks or even try that strict ones. main problem is that i don't have any webs i could show to those hard to get networks...

i have just applied for cpalead and got in instantly.
will they call me maybe, or i really got in? i heard its not really easy to get in so im a bit skeptic about it...

i just got accepted to adworkmedia and cpagrip.
any others i should apply for or is it enough?

maybe you could join adcash and propellerads they are for cpm.adsense is for cpc.
