Need help with advertising

I just need someone to guide me through advertising or I can pay them to help me advertise some cpa links. I am not new...just not good...only serious offers...no attacks, jokes, sarcasm.

Pay through liberty reserve, paypal, bank wire, ach transfer, greendot moneypak, western union/moneygram.

This can be a long term job/partnership. Blackhat and white hat methods welcome. I am a sponge so you teach me tips, I soak it up.

How are you looking to advertise? Adwords? Offline? Craiglist? Articles? ???

well to start off...keen.com from commission junction. I don't care where the traffic comes from as long as it i can tell cj where it comes from...well i don't want any autosurfs/bots stuff....but good quality traffic...or if you can find some cheap blackhat way to do it..then i can pay....
