need help with adult video hosting trying to learn

Hello! I recently opened a tube site a couple weeks ago. I am using Hostgator for hosting. I`ve been using netu for videos, but its player sucks and I think hosting my own videos would be better. I am new to this forum and the business. I`ve read around that I needed a VPS to upload my videos to and then stream. Do I need an offshore VPS for ignoring DMCA. Do you have any suggestions? Any ideas would be great thank you for your time.

If you plan to store and stream media then pre-prepare a budget, also depends on whether you are considering managed vps servers or you manage everything yourself it greatly affects the price.

I used to write a bit about the field, some of the old stuff I wrote still relevant....
