Need Help With A Proposal

I've been following some offline methods I have came across here on the forum. I recently came across a client that has asked me for a web design proposal. Where could I find something like this to send him? I've been googling all day but haven't came across anything I can actually send him. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

0zzy yea that's exactly what's going on, but this particular client has asked for a proposal, this has never happened before ... so I need a proposal talkin about cost for the different types of websites and other services I could also offer and have them outsourced. I don't even know where to begin with a proposal.
