Need Help! Which Path To Take????

So I have a little problem...I have about 100 keywords, more if I want to dig. These keywords range from 2-4 words in length. Each set of keywords gets anywhere from 75-300 hits per month. The thing about these key words is they are geo-specific. ALL the keywords pertain to the same offer. They are very easy to rank for, as the top 3 sites that show up on G only have the keywords mentioned 2-3 times on the same page, with 15 backlinks (at most) to those pages with the keywords.

Here is where I am stumped. Should I build a site that contains all of the keywords, sort of like a directory? Or should I build individual sites from each set of keywords with EMD .info domains or free domains?

If someone has an idea as to which route I should take please let me know. Or if you have a better idea other than the above, please let me know.

If it ends up being to much trouble, I may just sell the list of keywords or make it in to a JV....but for now I would like to know which path for getting ranked for all 100+ keywords would be the best way to go.

Provided the keywords are all relevant to the same niche I would make sub pages on one domain and work towards making an authority site. Then build links to each individual page.

Start slowly with your link building and then scale up proportionally over time.

Thanks for the tip, I really appreciate it. What would something like this cost if I got lazy and wanted someone to build the site for me?

I would get a domain name that closest matches the keyword without the locality, and then build up sub pages off of that. I have a site that I do this with. I target the domain with mostly non-local keywords, and then blast the individuals with local anchor text.

Did you do it yourself, or did you outsource it? I know how to do it, it is just a matter of time for me. Grad school really eats into any time I have. So if I were to do this myself, I wouldn't have the site done for at least 2 months, not counting backlinking and article submission.

I did most of it myself, I outsourced the link building. As far as outsourcing goes, it's really a matter of what takes you the most time, and finding someone who can do that for you at a good price.

So is it worth the time to create a site to get 100+ kw ranked, since an individual kw gets at most 300 hits/month? Granted, if I got the number 1 spot for all the keywords it would be a lot of targeted traffic, but how practical is it? It is EXTREMELY targeted, so the conversion rate should be pretty high, I just don't know how difficult it will be and worth my time.

Any other ideas fellas?
