Need help! Ways to market this product...

Hi,

Forgive me as I am a noob at this, I am looking for ways to promote these novelty playing cards.

google "triviaplayingcards", it is the first one.

I built this site for a guy a while back and now he wants me to market it. It seems to be a pretty niche product, playing cards with themed trivia on the back. Nothing I have done really has improved traffic to the site. I have tried:
- Posting his products on craigslist
- Posting links on Yahoo Answers
- Posting comments on related blogs

I am quite aware that this particular product is a hard sell. My question is, what are some other ways of marketing this product online?

I plan to setup an Amazon storefront to try to get some purchases there or linkbacks to the main website.
I also have an affiliate program (idevaffiliate) almost fully setup, and discount codes to the site.

Would these other tactics help?

social media like fb twitter, social book marking and directories can be helpful for marketing! simply doing seo would serve you as a marketing tool...

Try selling on multiple affiliate programs and just let the affiliates do all the work for you

could u sell them on ebay? or if u hav a fb page run a comp to win a deck - compers like and share like crazy people! pinterest? spam the chat box on poker freerolls

offer a free guide/manual with each deck bought - like tips on winning at poker/bridge/canasta or whatever. Or as a last resort find a product that pays twice as much in comission as the cards and give the cards away as incentives LOL
