Hi, i want to make a website that can help receive donations from people to give to charities. As i am only 17, nearly 18, i don't know what to do. How can i get a website to prove that it is supported by a cancer foundation. For example, i want all donations to go to National Breast Cancer Foundation. I am from Australia, what can i do?

Hi, look for place like justgiving - they let you create donation/fund raising pages.

Not sure how it would work in Australia, but in most countries I think you would first have to set yourself up as a foundation/charity to be able to do this legitimately. As a registered charity you have a number, and people can see you are a "real" charity as opposed to a scammer. In the UK this is quite complex, (I know because my mum is in the process of it) and you have to provide lots of papers, show there is a need for your charity etc.
Again I do not know for sure, but you'd probably have to be at least 18 to do that.

yes we are a designing and development company and plus point i have already a Society so i know very well as well as we have make a lots of website for charity so please let me know i am waiting for your more details. i am sure i will help you. Thanks San
thanks barca, i think i will just leave making a charity site away then. I don't want to do alot of papers, i just wanted to help the people in some way. I know that there would be alot of things to become a registered charity. I guess i can just make some website that can earn money and donate through established charities out there then. Thanks
