Need Help... Want to learn backlinks Indexing method

Hi, one of my colleagues provides an instant backlink indexing service — he can get a URL indexed within a minute. How is this possible? Does anyone know the method? I’ve asked him several times, but he never revealed it. I’ve even tested it by giving him random backlinks, and he managed to get them indexed within 1–2 minutes. I’ve tried many indexers myself, but none of them can index links this fast.

The 301 redirect and Google News methods can provide pretty quick indexing (search the forum for numerous threads on them both) but anything taking a mere 1-2 minutes won't be being disclosed in a public forum.
