need help w/ directs to advertiser!!

Hello all,

i'm new to IM and would like to know if there is a script I can use to redirect from my site directly to the advertisers site e.g. a re-direct without showing my site. I hope I'm saying this correctly. I have a blog site which is not associated with my products I which to sell and Adwords doesn't like crazy URLs...
