Need Help verifying PAXUM Account

I created a personal PAXUM account. I am from Bangladesh and I only have a "national ID CARD". Can I verify PAXUM account with that ? I already tried but the requires field is not available on my ID Card & without any black filed it is not proceeding forward. Please help, thanks in advance.
