Need help verifying my PayPal account

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here,I think you folks can help me with my situation.

So here's the thing,I signed up for an US paypal account last December.It showed my spending limit as $500 without being verified.So I got a payment of $400 transfered into the account.Now it's showing $0 spending limit.I tried to verify it with netspend but now the account got Limited.

Can you guys help me somehow to make my money usable again? I'm willing to pay $50 to anyone who can verify my paypal account successfully within the next 7 days.

FYI: I don't have a credit card or a bank account and I do not live in the US.

I'm looking forward to your responses.

I already used a vcc but credit cards are not sufficient to verify an US paypal account.
VBA would work but netspend screwed me up big time.The netspend account it self needs to be verified first before it can be used to verify paypal.

Are there any other VBAs I should know about?

The only solution is vba infact vba+vcc+ssn verified will make it strong forever. If you need that pm me.

Your account is already limited ? If not verified account then add a VCC
but i think they will ask for documents too .
I suggest you to create new account and verify with VCC

I can create a virtual bank account and supply you with the numbers and once paypal deposits the amount i can tell ya the amount, this will allow you to verify the paypal account. Im not sure how you can contact me though except via email? or instant messenger?
 
Check the resolution center and post more details about the limitation and what they are asking of you, that way we can help more.

Even verified with a VCC is not enough,so get your PShop man ready ,because they willa ask for a document too ...
