Need Help Validating LinkedIn accounts

I had someone assist with creating a number of LinkedIn accounts, including emails where they can be validated with security code. They have all required validation as they were created in different country. But some are being flagged and restricted after I validate and I'm not sure why (I'm using different IP addresses in different locations). I need someone to assist with validating accounts so they don't get flagged and restricted. US based so I don't continue having to revalidate when the accounts reach me. Other good solutions to creating multiple accounts that will be validated without being restricted are also welcome.
