Need Help Unrestricting An eBay Account

Recently, I got a message from eBay, which is restricting me from listing any more items.

This happened when I tried calling eBay to increase my limits.

I need help from someone to unrestrict this account.

3. Select the documents needing to be uploaded by clicking ?Browse?. Once they are selected, choose the Document Type from the drop down list.

Only way to fix that is to photoshop some documents. If you can't do that yourself then contact secondeye here at the marketplace for help. Also you might want to edit out your ebay user ID from the public.
