i`m scraping proxies for my needs. i`m new to this and i need to understand some things.
url passed by Google and url did not pass google. what is the difference? and what i won`t be able to do with proxies which not passed? socked 5, should I use such proxies?

With Google passed proxies you can use those proxies to scrape from Google. With "Google not passed proxies" you can still use the proxies but for other purposes eg: emails, accounts on different sites/social media etc

what proxies can i use for pinging and indexing need? if i can do it . still being new to all of that

Google Passed proxies mean that Google considers them as reliable (since not much used by bots to search Google) and SSL enabled (since Google enabled SSL by default)
Beside Google searches, you can use any live proxies for anything (scraping, adding articles to directories etc) except that Socket 4 and 5 can be used for email sending purposes too.
