[NEED HELP] Transfer domain name problem [ U R G E N T ]

Hi folks,

I want to transfer my domain name ( which I won here, on bhw, last year ) from net4.in to a local company ( Romania ). The problem is that the guys from net4.in don't let me to transfer my domain, and also they don't respond me coherent ( Last days I told them, for the third time to accept my transfer, and they told me about other domain name, which I never own it. ).

What can I do?

They dont need to accept the transfer. You need to log in to your account with them & get the domain code. Once you have that, you can go to any registrar that you want and start the transfer. The new domain registrar will ask you for the authorization code from the current one. Put that code in and you should be good to go.

I've did it, but the registrar company from my country said that they ( net4.in ) need to confirm the transfer.
I will wait 5 days, as net4 said that will during the transfer, and then, I will come back here with the result.
The problem is that I've tried in the summer of 2013 to transfer the same domain, but without any result, in more than 3 weeks.
