Need help to understand this

Hi my facebook account was restricted and they need id for confirmation
But my business ad account is ok

My fb account uses fake name like my business name. I sent id of random people. Original id not fake ones but they refuse

The part i did not get it is i'm not using my personal facebook account to advertise. I use business accounts. But they say i need to verify id first in order to advertise using business account?

How do i verify id while my personal facebook account using name like Burger John?

It's been 2 years since last i use facebook ads and everything was changed especially the interface from Meta makes me confused. lol
 
You must fake the ID, which is obviously illegal but this is the only thing you had here
In my case, I had to put both first surname and second surname (generally I only use my first surname) in order to get verified time ago for one of my business accounts. They are pretty straight in this sense, so you must fake it forcefully. I don't think you will find in this forum the tools for that.
If it was just a profile, there are several techniques to verify faking it "gently". But you are in the grey/black area that you need to fake your whole identity for such. This is why sometimes is better to straightly buy the FB Manager account premade by someone else that have already done this id vertification process (although they are not supercheap)

May i know how can i fake the id when my personal facebook account named burger john. Doesn't make sense when first name burger. Don't you think so?
It's not that hard to fake the id since i have my country id template. The problem here about my facebook name.
 
John Burger is fine in this case. You wrote it the other way around but it is fine. In fact if you send your ID with John Burger they will ask you to switch the data the other way around.
Worse it would be if you put Cheese Burger. You will be more screwed :p
 
The problem here is that you enter fake information so fb is expecting to have john burger verification if thats not what is presented then you wont pass verification, you have 2 options try changing the name and submit the real id (cross finger that it will let you change the name) or as someone said before fake id

maybe you have to fake id to be able to verify the account
 
Brother don't upload an fake one as they would reject and could harm your account too .
 
if your are still able to add another admin into the business manager, you can add a new admin. and delete the old one. the chances of getting it back with a fake or real ID is very slim. you should always have a backed up email in your business manager. in case these things happens. you can still manage your business manager ad account
 
Try to add an adming from business suite settings my friend before it's too late, dont verify the fake ID, that is accepted only when warming the account since the AI checks it, when an old account is suspended it has to go through a human
