Need help to setup CPA campaign

Hi, I already had join some CPA. But now i'm confused how to set it up. Because there's lot of option that I didn't understand at all.

My knowledge in styling page I think is enough, but I still confused about the link. Do I just copy paste the campaign link or I must set the parameter?

Can anyone give me some hint?
