It depends on domain name and various other factors. But if you are able to make $70/month. I would suggest you to scale it up and increase your earnings.

OP--I'd say at least $840. Can't imagine why you'd only get $250 on Flippa...

I wouldn't pay more than $250 for that. Because it's all about wallpapers which means no text content and there is no buying mode in the niche. Adsense account WILL get banned at some point.

just put your adsense and enjoy earning
