Need help to run Instagram ad for a local restaurant.

Hi guys,

First of all sorry for my bad english.

I learned many things from this forum, and whatever i learned i started implementing them.

So, yesterday i was having lunch in a small restaurant in my area and i noticed that they have facebook and instagram page as well.

Some how i meet the owner and he told me that they never run any ads on these social media platform.

Now, here is the thing i run few ads for some local institutes, company and they good leads. Now its time to make this restaurant person as one of my client.

So, my question is what strategy should i make? Who will be my target audience here? What kind of offer should i give in the ad?

I am very much confused here.

This restaurant only got facebook and instagram page no website nothing.

Please help me here.
