Need help to optimize my earnings from PPD

Hi, as you can see I'm new around here. I am 14 years old and am trying to make some money online. I am trying to start making at least some money without any investments. Right now I'm using Youtube + Sharecash and i will show you my stats in the attached picture. I get an avarege of 100 visitors a day and barely one download. I know that Sharecash isn't the best PPD site, but as i don't have a website i can't get in CleanFiles or FileIce which i heard are the best. So could you maybe give me some pointers on how to get more downloads or wich are some better network that don't need a website to join. Any advice or help is appreciated
+One random question; I also have some non PPD videos on youtube on which I have ads enabled. I am 'partnered' with youtube but I am not from the G14 countries (I am from Slovenia, a small country in central Europe). So my question is if i reach the 70? threshold will I be able to get payed? I mean, does it even make sense to put ads on my videos?
