NEED HELP to know How to select a different match keyword?

Hi,guys
i have a question and take keyword "e card" for example.
i used Goole keywords took to research "e card" and get 3 matches broad,phrase
,exact here is the screenshot

Broad:1,500,000
phrase:74,000
exact:12,100
it's very different monthly search volume.

so here is my question: if i want to take "e card "as my seo keywords, which search volume should I take into account? broad, phrase or exact.
and if i query "electronic card" is there possible my site in the SERP? i know seo is different from adwords, after all keywords tool is designed for adwords.
it has the different matches and what about seo?

I always use exact as more relative search volume and broad and ranking competition... Just a personal preference...

i will suggest you choose medium competition keyword, if you use 10 keyword so i will suggest choose 5 medium competition keyword and another 5 keyword should be who's support above 5 keyword.

i know ecard have high competition, you will using e crad,it's medium competition that's good. if you use electronic card it's supported keyword.

you can use this more e cards, flash e cards, egreetings...etc.

Always go for the exact match to judge potential traffic.

You should be chose exact match that's good.
