Need help to improve page speed insight

Hi people,

is there a dev or someone who would be able to help me to pass the google insight pagespeed in SUCCESS as I am on mobile?

I recently changed my VPS server due to a mishap. So, I don't know if it's related or not but I got a slap in the face as you can see on the screenshots.

I'm using wordpress with wp-rocket.

I'm looking for something durable, not a band-aid.

If someone can help me without ruining me.... I'm interested!
