Need help to hire my writer. Which article is the best?

Need a little help here. I am deciding between these 3 writer for my article rewriting. My english is not that good. So maybe you guys can help me to vote two of the best.

The article is introduction to content research so you guys should know some point is missing because there are part 2.

The first writer has a terrible obsession with quotation marks. "Reading" everything and "needing" quotation marks in "every" sentence "wtf."

Second one doesn't tell me anything. What is content research? The second article just tells me it makes my life easier. OK

I'm not even joking, most of my spun content reads just as this does.

Don't hire both, if you are looking for cheap writers hire someone from Philippines. For me, the recent one is also not that good.

To be completely honest both of these guys aren't very great.

If I had to pick one though it'd be the latter (as in Article #2), just seems like it was put together a little bit better.

You get what you pay for.

At least #3 gave 1 actionable step -- search social media.

It really helps to hire someone who has done whatever it is you're talking about. For instance, I'm writing something on using Majestic. Well, I've used it before and have an account, so I just write about what I've done.

It doesn't seem to me like the writers have actually done content/keyword research.

Yes, there are part 2 that doesnt included. That one from my op is part 1, more to introduction to content research. Should mention it earlier.
