Need help to get VCC

hii guyzz..i m new in this forum
i have a problem ..i need vcc for verifying ebay/paypal acc.
is there any site offering free VCC or any way to bypass that verification problem as i don't have cc
I know about entropay..bt we have to pay min. 20$ for that..so any other or cheap way to get VCC

He does VCC for $13 that are fully up to the job. He has good iTrader too.

I used one just two days ago.

I buy mine off a guy on Skype, if you want his username PM me, think he sells them for $12-$15.

what country do you need the VCC for? ther is a thread in the BST. this guy sells USA VCC's for 20$ but VCC's for other countries for 7$

If you search the BST section you'll find other VCC providers. If you buy from trusted sellers in the BST section you most of the time get high quality.
