Hello,

I need help to fix a problem on wordpress.

http://jenimg.com/

under the post is standing [an error occurred while processing the directive] can someone tell me why?

regards

php-dom is enabled the failure is still standing there

talk to your web host provider and tell them to install php7.0-xml
i think this will solve your problem

They installed it but I got still the error message

"This site is blocked due to a phishing threat."

no solution of this helped :/
I tried to get an answer to my question yesterday, but I didn't get any reaction.

Anyways

Looking in your source I see this:

Code:
<!-- #masthead -->
(Line 110)

and these sorts of comments are repeated in your source.

Also

Code:
http://jenimg.com/wp-content/themes/king/layouts/custom-styles.css?ver=4.9.4

is doa aka 404.

Now a couple of questions:

IIS or Linux?
Did you recently updated a plugin or the theme or anything else? I.e. .htaccess. whatever you can think of.
Are you able to get at the source files of the theme?
Are you able to get at the error logs? (not only the php one)
is there a custom .ini file you can tweak/edit?
Who's your provider? Bluehost, GoDaddy, anything else?
What did you try yourself to get it fixed?

Let me know

Let me know

-I don’t have activated any plugin
-On the .htaccess file I changed nothing
-Where can I find out which files are relevant
-namecheap
-I tried the links in this thread above

It should be Linux

Regards

Thanks!

Other question: When you are on your WP dashboard (logged in on your site), can you access the file editor?

You can find the file editor via Appearence -> Editor. When you go there, you should get a warning from WP about editing being risky and such. Just click I understand and let me know if you see some code appear.

And a task I would like you to perform:

Could you try to add at least 1 or 2 new posts? Atm you only have the standard hello world one.

Give both a different name. Could be “post one”, and “post two”, for all I care.

Add the content below, so we have at least something to look at, and publish them.

Code:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Vestibulum non mauris sit amet quam porta faucibus. Cras sed egestas mi. Donec in ex a tortor feugiat tincidunt. Ut non euismod velit, eu dapibus nunc. Sed maximus justo eget pulvinar molestie. Nunc ac enim sed dui facilisis aliquet. Nullam eu lectus quis nunc dignissim tristique. Sed pharetra finibus quam, eget placerat enim ornare a.

Great.

From what I see you have a very minimal install. Probably only the theme and Askismet.

Could you have a look at the plugins and see if there is a caching plugin installed?

From your output I am pretty sure there is none, but just in case...

Then I want you try to change the permalink setting.

Go to Settings -> Permalinks and choose "Plain" (domain.io/?p=123)
Then scroll down and hit "Save changes"

After that select "Post name" again as the permalink structure and hit "Save changes" again.

If this does not help, go to Themes, disable the current King Theme by selecting the default theme (Twenty Seventeen.) If you do not have another theme available, download Twenty Seventeen via Appearence -> Themes -> Add new (top left corner) and activate it. Then get back to me.

I've never seen that error message from Worpress.
I have only seen that message when using SSI to include a script.

Ok did everything you wrote

@jason212

Thanks.

I see that atm the Twenty Seventeen Theme is installed and active.

Could you switch it back again to the King Theme and see what happens?

If the error appears again, try to set the permalink again to /?p=123, then hit "Save changes", refresh your page, and then choose "Post name" and hit the save button (again).

If this does not help, you can check if it is a file permission issue, which I think it actually is.

Please read the instructions on this page carefully and follow the method that is outlined.

If this still does not help, I would need to have a look at the error logs from the server. If you have no idea how to get at them, I suggest you contact Namecheap's support and ask if they can get them for you. And while your at it, ask NC's support again to have a look at what might be the problem.

And just to be absolutely sure we can rule out any other nasty stuff that may cause the issue; Do you have a valid, working license key for the King theme, or did you find it somewhere else on the internets?

Keep me in the loop!

@jason212 No update or feedback, so I assume everything is okay.
Good luck setting up your site and maybe we'll meet in another thread sometime
Have a great weekend!
