Maxbounty is getting tougher depending on your experience level and application. Adscend is easy but converts are pretty low compared to other networks I run traffic with. There's a ton of threads in this CPA subforum that ask this exact same question so you may want to look around and actually do some research.

I applied > 15 cpa networks and I am accepted into adsendmedia, peerfly, **************, inuvo, yeah cpa. Of all the 5, I only trust adsendmedia and peerfly. The others are either new or there are too many people compaint for not getting pay.. So, I am a little cautious of the other 3.
