Need help to find AI website for lipsync video.

Hi, I was looking for an AI Website where I will send a video from someone speaking and I want that person's mouth to be changed (to be speaking with accurate lip sync) as the audio or text I would also attach. Take an example from this video.

I hope someone could help me with this.

Most of such ai softwares are private or cost hefty a month like 500-1000$, searched for the same stuff but u haven't found anything cheap.

Use Wav2Lip + GAN for lip sync then upscale the quality using DeepFaceLab, or if you have time give this try: convert the resulting video to an image sequence and upscale the images using stablediffusion or other models.
