Need Help to Create Accounts & Video Submissions

Hi friends,

Please let me know which is the best software to create accounts (for different websites to submit my videos) and for video submissions. I want to submit my videos to various sites like youtube, dailymotion, etc .....to atleast 30 sites to get traffic .......manuel is too time confusing so please guide me which is the best way to do this ...

Just buy the accounts especially for sites like youtube.
