Need help targeting people on Instagram

I have a specific Niche on Instagram, I use followliker to try and target the people I THINK should be buying my products, but they dont. Could anyone help me out on how to properly do this? Would be greatful.

That question would be hard for anyone to answer, unless you told all about your niche, and how your targeting your clients. (Not Recommended)
