I've not been on here for a while, due to being in hospital.

Basically a very good friend of mine has been fucked over by someone who sold her some books at ' wholesale' prices. He got paid and delivered the books - the seller then started selling the same books on his website for less than he sold to my friend at wholesale prices.

When she spoke to him about this he basically laughed and told her to fuck off.
If I was in better health I'd go and kick his teeth down his throat, but as I'm due back in for another operation in the next month or so I'm not upto this.

I'm looking for bad boys / bad girls to take this scum bags site into the depths of Sandbox for eternity.

Any takers, please PM me for this scumbags url

thanks !!!

Apparently PM rules have changed since I joined BHW. I can't PM you, but you could PM me the URL and I'll pass it on to all my badass friends:)

If you want to kill them that badly, then why dont you use some fiverr blasts ( SB blast and Xrummer blasts).
I think they work good along with some Exact anchor keywords and pinging the URLs.

Holly shit ! you are here since 2008 !!! with only 5 posts !
You are just taking a space in the database for no valid reason !!

Two things are possible.

1) He might have been reading all the stuff and would have took action. So he would be earning a lot of money now.
2) He might be lazy :)

I dont see what the problem is here?

Do you expect to buy a sofa and then if the sofa place has a sale - go to that store and demand the savings back?

If that rule existed every selling business would be in trouble.

Your friend agreed to buy the books for a set price - then the seller decided to change his price level and continuing selling.

I cant see an issue here?

Only possible option is to request a refund.

99% of so called "suppliers" are in direct competition with those they sell to. This is pretty standard and it's almost naive to think your supplier is not going to undercut you. "Wholesale" is so arbitrary, really, it doesn't mean what it use to. If your friend didn't get a NCA than it's basically just business and she should be more careful going forward as to who she purchases books from or anything else for that matter. Your friend agreed to pay a certain price, she got what she paid for. You should spend your energy trying to help her sell them at a profit than exacting vengeance.

My friend used to import these books from the publisher direct from the States. This person persuaded the publisher to allow him to become the UK distributor - and thereby stopped my friend buying direct. He's basically upped his wholesale price to my friend and as she has nowhere else to buy from he's screwed her over by ensuring she bought in bulk to get wholesale prices and he's then offering them out at below wholesale.

The problem is he's not prepared to offer a refund - it's nothing like your sofa store analogy my friend as this is verging on restrictive trading practice in my opinion.
