Need Help Starting for Facebook app Hosting

So i really want to host some apps i don't really have any kind of fan page or experience(on hosting ) anything I just Have One .info Domain and an Hostgator Account which i have to renew coz it got expired...my Domain has an Positive SSL by comodo But my Hosting Doesn't Have One..So,Do how much Hostgator People for Installing An SSL What do i have to do?
And I will be thankful to u if u suggest me some Guides and APPS which would help me for starting:)

You can host a Facebook app using the hosting you already have. An App is essentially a web page displayed through Facebook. You can set up hosting through Facebook however if you already have a hosting package its much easier to just use that. Do you have any programming knowledge?
